Sourced from vineyards just outside Puligny-Montrachet, this Bourgogne Blanc is farmed biodynamically and treated with the same care as the domaineâs more prestigious crus. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels (mostly used, with only a small percentage new), the wine sees extended time on lees, adding subtle texture while maintaining freshness and precision.
