At Perrine's Wine Shop, we take great pride in our curated selection and want you to be completely satisfied with every bottle. Due to the perishable nature of wine, returns are accepted within 14 days for store credit if the product is defective or damaged.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  Provide Documentation

  For items damaged during shipping or 'corked' bottles, please include a clear photo of the bottle and the original receipt.

• 3.
  Secure the Shipment

  Carefully repackage the unopened bottle in its original shipping materials to ensure it arrives back at our shop safely.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit to your account for the full value of the product.
