The Cirelli estate, founded in 2003, spans roughly 23âŻha that include vineyards, olive groves, grains, figs and grazing animalsâmaintaining a biodiverse, regenerative ecosystem. Francesco, with winemaking roots in both Italy and France, chose to return home and embrace minimalâintervention practices; he uses stainless steel, concrete tanks and 800âL terracotta amphorae to let the fruit express itself authentically.
