ABOUT THIS WINE
This Portuguese sparkler is made from the obscure Maria Gomes grape by one of the country's top wine-makers, Luis Pato. The grapes are 100% organic & biodynamic from vines across Luis’ property. Initial fermentation occurs in stainless steel and the second fermentation in bottle, as per the Champagne method. The wine is aged for 3 months aging on the lees before disgorgement and release.
